Meet Lori

Lori Wilhite is an author and speaker who helps people find strength, freedom and joy in who God created them to be. She serves alongside her husband, Jud, who is the Senior Pastor at Central Church in Las Vegas. Central currently has twenty-three locations nationally and internationally including twelve locations inside prisons.

She is the founder of Leading and Loving It which exists to equip women to lead strong and thrive in ministry. Lori is dedicated to encouraging women in leadership to pursue their God-planted purpose with a fresh breath and a new sense of joy. Through the Leading and Loving It community, women move forward with hope, even in the midst of hurt and heartache, so they can stick-it-out in ministry.

She is the author of Philippians: Chasing Happy, Ephesians: Head Held High, Rise Up! and My Name is Victorious. Lori co-authored My Name is Victorious: Teen Edition with her daughter and Leading and Loving It: Encouragement for Pastors’ Wives and Women in Leadership with Brandi Wilson. Lori is obsessed with her two hilarious young adult kids, Emma and Ethan. She loves laughing until her sides hurt with friends, reading novels cuddled up under cozy blankets on the couch, and crying during episodes of Antiques Roadshow.

Meet Emma

Emma is a champion of second chances and a believer that sharing people’s stories helps others connect with God. She serves at Central Church in Las Vegas as a marketing coordinator. She is passionate about introducing people to Jesus and helping them follow Him.

Emma graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University with degrees in Multi-Media Communications and Music Ministry. She had the honor of serving at Eastlake Church in California, where she learned to love and appreciate the Church all the more.  She’s passionate about finding ways to minister through both music and communications.

Emma’s rarely met a song she doesn’t like, loves judging cheesy films with friends, and says there’s nothing better than crying at the end of a stellar book.
